Body Corporate of Redberry Park v Grundler (12886/2014) [2015] ZAKZDHC 49 (2 June 2015) per Gorven J.

The High Court refused an application to remove the legally appointed administrator because his term of appointment had not actually expired.  The owner who purported to be the chairperson of the trustees of the body corporate, and who signed the founding affidavit, was ordered to pay the costs of the abortive legal proceedings on an attorney and client basis so as not to burden all the owners with such costs.
