Supreme Court of Appeal

The Supreme Court of Appeal is inferior only to the Constitutional Court.

Labour Appeal Court

The Labour Appeal Court is the highest court of appeal for employment matters. Three judges usually decide appeals but it may also be a court of first and final instance in exceptional cases.

High Court

The High Court is precluded from deciding disputes that must be referred to the Labour Court.
