Mads Pub & Sizzle CC t/a Grand v Ngwenya (JS 448/12) [2015] ZALCJHB 157 (21 May 2015) per Faan Coetzee AJ.
After proceedings commenced in the CCMA for alleged constructive dismissal it emerged that the identity documents were false and it seemed they were illegal immigrants. They were declared to be prohibited persons and deported back to Zimbabwe.
As they were what are called peregrini the Labour Court ordered each of them to provide security for costs in an amount of R60 000 payable into the trust account of their attorney of record.
