COMMENCEMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT EQUITY AMENDMENT ACT, 2013
    
In terms of section 30 of the Employment Equity Amendment Act, 2013,
("the Act") I hereby determine 1 August 2014 as the date on which the Act
shall come into operation.
