What does GilesFiles cover?
GilesFiles is unique in that it contains information on work law resources going back to the start of work law in South Africa in about 1980 and in some instances even earlier. It also includes some journal articles from the United Kingdom and Australia.
Listings of all journal articles published in virtually all South African publications are included. All judgments and awards are included – not just a select few.

The information provided by GilesFiles is very helpful not only to students and Practitioners of Labour Law, but also to people such as union representatives.
Given the fact Labour Law is not static, but changes all the time, I recommend this site to those interested in this subject (Labour Law)
